Service Description

Intensive 4 lessons course Dates: 01.10, 08.10, 15.10, 29.10 Together, we’ll learn and practice all the basic movements through choreography and develop physically and mentally ✨ Lesson 1 – Head and Arms We’ll learn beautiful hair flips, graceful arm movements, coordination, and begin exercises for improvisation and choreography. Lesson 2 – Torso and Hips We’ll go over waves, figure eights, basic movements and positions in heels, work on flexibility, and continue with improvisation and choreography. Lesson 3 – Walk We’ll focus on balance, posture, walking, steps, and keep working on improvisation and choreography. Lesson 4 – Floor Work We’ll learn dance elements on the floor + final choreography filming 🥳😍
